Position Overview

Cento is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Data Management Intern to support our operations team. This role will work closely with the Purchasing, Creative, and IT departments to help maintain accurate product data within our systems. The primary responsibility will be collecting, measuring, organizing, and entering item dimensions and product information to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone interested in data management, operations, and inventory systems within a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
Measure and record product dimensions, weights, and packaging details for inventory items.
Input and maintain accurate product data within internal databases and systems.
Work with the Purchasing team to verify product specifications and supplier data.
Coordinate with the Creative team to ensure product information aligns with product photography and listings.

Assist the IT department with organizing and maintaining product data structures.
Conduct data quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.
Support general warehouse data organization and documentation projects.

Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data entry tools.
Basic familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with multiple departments.
Interest in data management, supply chain, operations, or information systems preferred.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment when measuring and documenting products.

Preferred Skills
Experience with spreadsheets or basic databases.
Organized and methodical approach to tasks.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
