Warehouse Customer Service/Onboarding - Pittsburgh Mills, PA

M@C Discount (Merchandise @ Cost) is an online auction house with warehouses across Pennsylvania. We will be adding a Pittsburgh Mills location on December 1, and are looking to hire a full-time individual to staff our customer service department. This role will consist of helping customers through the bidding process, resolving payment issues and handling general customer inquiries. This position will also onboard walk-ins and hires-on-the-spot. We communicate with our bidders (customers) on the phone, email, Facebook Messenger and face-to-face. In addition to the hourly rate, the successful candidate will receive $25 per week in M@CBucks to bid on our items! The successful candidate will train in Washington, PA, with incentive, and will be based in the Pittsburgh Mills location when it opens. Interviews will be held at our McKees Rocks location.
