Are you friendly, outgoing, and passionate about making people feel welcome? Tomball Retirement Center is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dining team! In this role, you’ll be more than just a server, you’ll be a part of our residents’ daily experience, helping to create a warm and inviting atmosphere during every meal.

Whether you’re taking orders, recommending a favorite dish, or sharing a friendly smile, you’ll play an important role in creating meaningful moments for our residents and their guests.

• Welcome residents and guests with a friendly attitude and genuine hospitality

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders with accuracy and care

• Answer questions and provide thoughtful menu suggestions

• Handle payments and process transactions with attention to detail

• Keep tables, dish areas, and your workspace clean and organized

• Collaborate with kitchen staff and teammates to ensure smooth service

• Jump in and support where needed. Teamwork makes the dream work!

• At least 1 year of experience as a server or in a customer-facing role

• Strong communication and people skills. You enjoy making others feel at home

• Ability to multitask and stay upbeat in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math skills for processing payments
