Job Summary

Ace Casino Airport is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented VIP Services Assistant to support our VIP hosts in delivering exceptional service to our most valued guests. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our VIP guests experience the highest standard of hospitality,

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist VIP hosts in serving food and beverages to guests in the VIP areas, ensuring all service standards and operational protocols are met
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the casino’s offerings, promotions, and events to answer guest inquiries and enhance their experience
  • Monitor and manage inventory of supplies in the VIP areas, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and presentable
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage orders
  • Facilitate the smooth operation of the VIP area by ensuring the environment is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
  • Assist the VIP and Table Games teams in handling special requests and accommodations for VIP guests to ensure a personalized and memorable experience
  • Collaborate with the VIP host team to identify and implement opportunities for improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve service standards and enhance guest experiences

 Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Clear Criminal Record Check
  • AGLC Proserve Certification

Skills and Abilities:

  • Professional demeanor and ability to approach situations in a tactful manor.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and treat others with respect regardless of their status or position.
  • Accepts responsibility for own actions.
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service and full alignment with the organizations vision.

Job Requirements:

  • Ready and willing to work a flexible schedule, including graveyards, weekends, and holidays. The hours of work will be based on operational needs.
  • Knowledge of AGLC Terms & Conditions and Operating Guidelines.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to approach situations in a tactful manner.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and treat others with respect regardless of their status or position.
