VIP TSA - Morgan Wallen's This Bar
POSITION SUMMARY: The Table Server Assistant (TSA) is responsible for upscale food & beverage service of all tables and seating areas in a high-volume, live entertainment, restaurant, and bar setting. TSA will continuously assist the Cocktail Server to enhance the guest experience; while anticipating any additional needs to help ensure each guest has a wonderful and unique visit to our venues. Must possess advanced food and beverage service knowledge and trends. Duties include exceptional service to every guest in a professional manner. Transport materials/supplies and assist the Cocktail Server with beverage service in all areas, as well as maintain the cleanliness of all work areas and equipment.
TSA will display a positive personality, attitude, knowledge, enthusiasm, and performance while delivering top-notch customer service; to develop new clientele, establish a rapport with existing clientele and increase repeat business opportunities. TSA will report directly to the VIP Services Manager; however, they will take direction daily and interact with Venue Operations Management teams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Provide upscale food and beverage service.
- Adhere to all departmental appearance and uniform standards while always maintaining professionalism.
- Appear in dress code for all shifts at your scheduled time.
- Will follow all company and department policies and procedures, practices, and guidelines.
- Exude best-in-class customer service.
- Maintain a good rapport with the management team and all other team members.
- Maintain professionalism and open lines of communication at the workplace and with co-workers and patrons.
- Maintain a consistent and high level of energy.
- Inform management of any complaint, comments, or incident
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, Employees, and Management in both written and verbal form.
- Respond to Guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner.
- Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through your work area throughout shift
- Keep all tabletops, floors, and service areas clean/free of dirty glasses, dirty ashtrays, and any unnecessary items throughout shift.
- Keep service station and service equipment storage clean and organized.
- Ensure daily/nightly/weekly and opening/running/closing duties are completed.
- Maintain opening and closing service equipment par.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Clean all spills and waste immediately. Sweep and mop as needed. Place all trash in proper receptacles.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with TCRG standards.
- Polish and wash glassware throughout shift. Prepares all mixers and garnishes.
- Must have full knowledge of the sequence of services for all outlets.
- Observe and anticipate guest’s needs, deliver all items to the guests in a timely and accurate fashion. Must have the ability to manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
- Set up and break down of work areas, including furniture and equipment; maintain and clean designated work areas before, during, and after shift.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Two plus (2+) years in the nightlife/ hospitality industry
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License
- 21+ years of age
- Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards.

- Hours may be part-time (less than 30 hours per week)
- Schedule could exceed 30 hours per week and may include overtime when approved by management.
- Work varied shifts to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
