Job Title: Door Host 

Location: Downtown Los Angeles  

Venue: The Reserve

We are seeking a dynamic, personable Door Host to join our team at The Reserve. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating an unforgettable experience for our guests. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with clients

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.

- Manage and check in guest lists, ensuring a smooth and efficient entry process.

- Actively sell bottle service tables, creating personalized experiences for guests and fostering client relationships.

- Handle general admission ticket transactions, ensuring accurate and prompt service.

- Escort VIP guests to their designated sections, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing an outstanding level of hospitality.

- Assist in managing the crowd, maintaining order, and ensuring a safe environment for all guests.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hospitality, nightlife, or customer service role is preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Sales experience, particularly in bottle service or nightlife settings, is a plus.

- Professional appearance and demeanor.

- Must be able to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
