AVP of Consumer Lending

First Capital Federal Credit Union, a growing and financially strong organization located in York, PA is excited to announce our search for a new AVP of Consumer Lending. 

In this upper-level management position, the AVP of Consumer Lending is a visionary and will be the driver in the development of lending products, services, member experience, and system functionality. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced candidate to lead our Consumer Lending and Collections team. The ideal candidate is performance driven and a dynamic leader, with the ability to be a hands-on manager to grow and develop the Consumer Lending Department.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-5 years Consumer Lending Supervisory/Management Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, a combination of experience and education will            qualify

• Strong credit decisioning background and previous lending authority; collections and/or           experience is a plus

• Direct experience in consumer banking/financial services

• Must be able to implement change and manage projects effectively

• Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment     with all levels of management and staff

• Must be eligible to register and maintain licensing with NMLS

• Knowledge of federal and state lending regulations
