Vitality Healthcare Management is seeking a VP of Clinical Services to serve as the clinical counterpart to the VP of Operations and to partner closely with the Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, and Regional leadership to ensure excellence in resident care, regulatory compliance, and clinical outcomes across all Vitality divisions.

This leader provides both strategic direction and hands-on clinical leadership, ensuring Vitality’s mission, vision, and core values are embedded into everyday clinical practice. The VP of Clinical Services acts as the bridge between strategy and execution, translating vision into consistent processes, measurable outcomes, and accountable teams.

The right candidate is energized by building systems, developing people, and strengthening culture, someone who brings clarity, structure, and follow-through while elevating clinical quality across divisions.

Knowledge, Skills/Abilities:

·        Ability to travel by car approximately 50% of the time to provide on-site support and oversight across communities. 

·        Deep understanding of long-term care,assisted living, and home health regulations, standards of practice, and quality metrics. 

·        Communicates clearly, tactfully, and professionally—both verbally and in writing—with staff at all levels, residents, families, and external partners. 

·        Leads with consistency, fairness, and accountability, ensuring follow-through on commitments and coaching others to do the same. 

·        Manages multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, shifting effectively between strategic planning and hands-on support. 

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using electronic health record systems. 

·        Maintains strict confidentiality of allresident, staff, and organizational information. 

·        Ensures compliance with federal, state, and company regulations and promotes survey readiness at all times. 

·        Must meet all background study requirements as required by Minnesota Department of Human Services. 

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management or related field. 

·        Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive nursing leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or multi-site service organization. 

·        RN or LPN Licensure in the state of MN 

·        Proficiencyin MN and Federal post acute healthcare regulations,policyand guidance 

·        Exceptional communication, conflict-resolution, and project-management skills. 

·        High integrity, emotionalintelligenceand commitment to organizational excellence. 

·        An entrepreneurial spirit.
