This corporate leadership role is ideal for an executive who understands how to scale operational excellence across multiple brands, properties, and service models.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Provide corporate leadership and oversight for all F&B operations across the RAM Hotels portfolio.

·       Drive financial performance by managing food and labor cost controls, budgeting, P&L accountability, and operational efficiency.

·       Develop and implement standardized menus, inventory systems, recipes, service protocols, and vendor relationships across all properties.

·       Lead the recruitment, development, and assist in performance management of property-level F&B leadership, including F&B Managers, Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, and Banquet Managers.

·       Collaborate with hotel leadership and corporate leadership to ensure alignment between property-specific needs and overall brand and financial goals.

·       Establish and monitor operational KPIs (guest satisfaction, revenue per seat, food/labor cost %, etc.) for each F&B outlet.

·       Oversee catering and banquet operations, ensuring scalable standards and successful execution of meetings, weddings, and corporate events.

·       Conduct regular property visits to audit performance, provide training, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.

·       Lead pre-opening planning for new hotels and restaurants: concept development, equipment planning, staffing, and opening execution.

·       Maintain strong vendor relationships and procurement strategies to reduce cost and ensure quality control.

·       Ensure all F&B operations remain compliant with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.

·       Foster a culture of service, accountability, and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Professional Experience:

·       Minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience in multi-unit or corporate-level food and beverage operations, preferably in full-service hotel environments.

·       Strong experience with restaurant operations, rooftop/lounge concepts, banquet catering, and room service.

·       Proven track record managing P&Ls, inventory, labor models, procurement systems, and culinary development.

·       Ability to lead teams through standardization, efficiency improvements, and profitability initiatives.

·       Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills, with a hands-on and collaborative leadership style.

·       Experience launching new outlets or overseeing renovations and F&B openings within hotels.

·       Working knowledge of food safety laws, alcohol regulations, and general hospitality compliance.

·       Ability to travel regularly to hotels across the RAM Hotels portfolio.

REQUIRED SKILLS
