Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Transportation Associate to join our team. This role involves coordinating and providing transportation services for scheduled events, appointments, and trips. The ideal candidate will have basic computer knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safely assisting individuals, including those with mobility challenges, in a patient and caring manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule transportation needs in collaboration with various departments for events, trips, and appointments.
- Safely operate a 14-passenger van or car to transport passengers to designated locations.
- Assist individuals with mobility challenges in a patient and compassionate manner.
- Work with the department head to help plan and organize transportation logistics.
- Record trip details, vehicle mileage, and scheduling information using basic computer programs.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to assist individuals with mobility challenges in a patient and compassionate manner.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
