The primary goal of assembling, repairing, and testing various frac and flowback equipment for the operation of the business.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for assembly, repair and testing of various control valves, to including but not limited to 7/10, 7/15, 7/5. 5/15 gate valves and hydraulic valves, safety relief valves, etc.
- Perform disassembly, cleaning, inspection, measuring, reassembly and testing of valves at AMD Shop and account locations in the field.
- Follow all schematics and documented procedures in accordance with all Quality Control standards that apply to the job.
- Thoroughly complete all calibration and documentation associated with testing and repairs.
- Ensure proper documentation is completed throughout the valve repair process
- Request Routers and properly complete
- Travel to job sites and adhere to all site safety and performance requirements.
- Communicate timely updates to management and co-workers to ensure timely and successful completion of job responsibilities.
- Work closely with co-workers, management and AMD Safety to ensure compliance with OSHA and other AMD safety regulations are strictly adhered.
- Reports to the Shop Supervisor
Qualifications:
- High school or Equivalent diploma
- 1+ year experience with frac valve repair and maintenance
