Unit Manager | RN or LPN | Long‑Term Care Leadership | Resident‑Centered Care

Ridgewood Terrace, part of Concord Health Systems, is seeking a dedicated Unit Manager to join our family‑owned organization. The Unit Manager is responsible for the clinical oversight, staff leadership, and quality of care on an assigned nursing unit at Ridgewood Terrace. This position works closely with nursing leadership, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families to ensure safe, compassionate, and compliant care.

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision of nursing staff on the assigned unit
• Ensure residents receive individualized, high‑quality, and compassionate care
• Maintain a resident‑first, home‑like environment that promotes dignity and respect
• Oversee care plans, assessments, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Monitor quality measures, incidents, and follow‑up actions
• Support, mentor, and coach nursing staff to promote accountability and teamwork
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in surveys, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
• Lead by example with a hands‑on, visible leadership style

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing
• Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Previous charge nurse, supervisory, or management experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and organizational skills
• Commitment to resident‑centered care and quality outcomes
• Ability to lead with professionalism, empathy, and accountability
