Uniforms Program Manager II

Seeking the right person to fill the Program Manager II position.  This position is responsible for the day-to-day success of our uniform program. They should strive to maximize clients' program results by building strong relationships, driving successful completion of projects and delivering high-quality day-to-day management.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Develop relationships and manage communication with individual EEs
• Update all pack-slips and tracking information
• Keep pack-slips organized and alphabetized
• Generate all shipping reports for shipments and file properly
• Answer employee online chats
• Process all EE returns and exchanges
• Update product descriptions with backorder timing on website
• Update website with ETA date on back-ordered items
• Assist Purchaser as needed
• Other functions as assigned my manager/supervisor

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or two years' work related experience.
