We are seeking a Turnaround Warehouse Attendant that will play a crucial role in ensuring that materials, tools, and equipment are properly received, stored, and distributed—keeping our job sites fully stocked and our crews working efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Understands the standards and procedures for safety, quality, work execution and within the turnaround warehouse environment.

Operate all material handling equipment, I.E stand up forklift, sit down counterbalance forklift, pallet jack, 5-ton truck, mobile loading dock, heavy lifting up to 50lbs, repetitive motion, long periods of standing.

Receiving materials based on the 2025 T/A material management plan.

Support blind yard functionality.

Work with TA material coordinators to locate staged materials.

Verify that materials received on site meet 3-way match, (e.g. Qty, specifications etc.). Physical inspection.

Consults material coordinators to approve partial releases of materials to contractors.

Attends and is active in site safety programs and meetings.

Supports the Lessons Learned process.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be able to work nightshift if required.

Understands, creates and maintains a visible commitment to process and personal safety, as well as the safety of others; adheres to Core Competencies to drive results and culture.

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products.

2 years warehouse experience in handling a variety of materials, warehousing practices and laydown storage.

Strong interpersonal, analytical skills; ability to communicate information within the group setting.

Ability to manage multiple jobs and changing priorities.

Self-confident enough to seek assistance with difficult or complex issues.

Self-aware, able to recognize when stress or fatigue is impacting personal performance and to take steps to mitigate.

Working Conditions

Full-time position based in the Heartland region. 

Turnaround: (Mar 2025 to June 2025): as required (e.g. 6 & 1-13hrs). Post Turnaround Work (June 2025 to August 2025): if required.  Overtime and flexibility with hours required. Position may transition from day shift to night shift.

Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.

Drug and alcohol test required.
