We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Turnaround Warehouse Administrator to support a short-term turnaround project on-site. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of warehouse operations during the busy turnaround period. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement, including receiving, issuing, and returns.
• Input and update data in inventory management systems (e.g., Maximo, or other ERP systems).
• Generate and process shipping/receiving documents, pick tickets, and purchase orders.
• Support warehouse staff with inventory control and material tracking.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials.
• Assist with cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with all site safety protocols and company policies.
• Provide administrative support to the warehouse supervisor and project team as required.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics administrative role, preferably in industrial or turnaround environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse management software.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Team player, willing to continuously and proactively collaborate, share and seek information and guidance.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in industrial settings.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and facilitation skills; ability to communicate technical information and articulate the plan to non-technical staff, technical staff and management.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and changing priorities, strong coaching ability.
• Ability to work to and meet deadlines and schedules and manage multiple task assignments in a matrix organization.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on a remote/industrial site.
Working Conditions:
• Full-time position located in the Heartland region.
• Turnaround Work (June 2025 to August 2025): as required (e.g. 6 & 1-13hrs). Overtime and flexibility with hours required.
• Drug and alcohol test required.
