Trumbull Correctional (TCI) - Correctional/Nurse Practitioner (8514)

Searching for a family or adult-gerontology nurse practitioner licensed to work in Ohio with at least one year of working NP experience in primary care to provide on-site services full-time to the male population at this correctional facility. The schedule is weekdays only (no evenings, weekends, or holidays), and shift start/end times have some flexibility based on the facility's needs. An on-site interview will be required. The assignment is projected to last approximately 3 months. 

The following credentialing documents must be submitted: a comprehensive resume with education (with location and year of graduation), training, complete work history, an Ohio license, healthcare-professional level BLS/CPR certification, and board certification. A Drug Enforcement Administration certification should also be submitted as required for the assignment. If an offer is extended, the vendor must supply drug and TB test documents for review by the hiring manager at least 48 hours before the start date, or the start date may be postponed.
