Trial Preparation Paralegal

Dudley DeBosier an industry leader in personal injury law, is currently seeking an experienced paralegal to work within our trial preparation department.  As our Trial Preparation Paralegal, you will assist us with background research and writing support to attorneys when needed and as assigned.  You will be part of the legal team present in courtrooms. 

We are currently accepting resumes for an experienced Trial Paralegal in Baton Rouge. Competitive salary with a full benefits package.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gather, index and exchange evidence and exhibits (physical and electronic)
• Digest depositions and flagging issues and inconsistencies
• Draft trial memoranda and other pleadings
• Electronic filing with state and federal courts
• Coordinate witness and expert testimony
• Prepare Trial Exhibits

Job Qualifications 

• 3 years of Personal Injury Litigation experience is required
• 1-3 years of Trial Preparation
• Paralegal Certification
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office
