We are currently seeking to fill the role of Treatment Coordinator in our Fairlawn office which includes direct patient care with a variety of responsibilities which help our patients achieve great smiles with Invisalign® and traditional braces. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Having the first in-person interaction with new patients/parents - greeting at the door, office tour, understanding the patient's/parent's goals in pursuing orthodontic treatment, capturing photos of the patient's teeth/smile, taking xrays and digital scans of the mouth
- Documenting prescribed treatment plan in digital chart
- Presenting treatment plans and investment options
- Communicating clearly with patients and parents
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Taking detailed notes of patient visits
- Learning to anticipate needs of doctor and teammates to ensure an efficient workflow throughout the day
- Maintaining reports and ensuring timely followup with patients (conversion rates, all active patients have next appointments, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, dental or orthodontics preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate
- Comfortable using computers (Mac based) and other office technology (iTero scanner, DSLR camera, etc.)
- Applicants are a minimum age of 18 years old
Other details:
- 34-37 hours per week; no evenings or weekends!
- Approximately two community events each year are required during 'off' hours
