Training Assistant/Coordinator (Entry-Level)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (local candidates only)
Pay: $24–27/hour, depending on experience

We’re looking for a reliable, organized Training Assistant/Coordinator to join our team and help ensure those rave reviews keep coming in. This is an entry-level role with room to grow, perfect for someone with administrative or customer service experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to support both in-person and virtual training events that make an impact.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with scheduling and logistics for training events
Support virtual workshops on Zoom and other platforms
Help prepare materials and track participant information
Enter and update data in our Learning Management System (LMS)
Provide general administrative support to the Training & Consulting team
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of office, admin, or customer service experience (event support a plus)
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new software
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive, flexible, nimble problem-solver, and reliable team player
This is primarily an in-person role with the ability to work from home 1-2 days per week (after 6 months of training) with some pre-scheduled early mornings or evenings. The best candidate will be within a 30-minute or less commuting distance during peak traffic.
