Are you a tourism sales professional who excels at converting complex group inquiries into secured contracts?
Frontiers North Adventures has an exciting opportunity for a full-time
Group Sales Specialist to join our Winnipeg-based Sales and Guest Experience team, representing our Churchill-based polar bear, beluga whale, and Northern Lights experiences in Canada’s Subarctic.
At Frontiers North, our purpose is rooted in meaningful connections with the land, wildlife, and each other. Located on the shores of Hudson Bay in
Churchill, Manitoba, the polar bear and beluga whale capital of the world, our company’s two dynamic divisions, Frontiers North Adventures and
Frontiers North Hospitality, deliver guided tours and activities alongside seasonal restaurants, welcoming accommodations, and a retail store that serve guests from across the globe. United by a shared commitment to stewardship, we aim to leave a positive impact through our operations and guest experiences while honouring the people and places that make Canada’s North extraordinary.
In this role, you will lead the sales process for preformed group travel and trade partners seeking
distinctive wildlife and adventure programming. Using a consultative and strategic approach, you will qualify group needs, develop customized and operationally viable proposals, negotiate within established guidelines, and secure signed contracts and deposits. You will manage the full sales cycle within the CRM, cultivate long-term relationships with travel trade partners and group leaders, and ensure each proposal aligns with operational capacity, guest expectations, and profitability targets. Your work will directly contribute to revenue growth while protecting guest experience standards and organizational sustainability commitments.
If you are motivated by measurable sales results, confident negotiating group contracts, and energized by the opportunity to represent a
Certified B Corporation® committed to sustainable tourism, we would love to hear from you.
