Title Clerk
Introduction:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Title Clerk to join our team and provide excellent customer service to guests at our dealership.
Responsibilities:
Registering for titles and license plates when a car is sold at our dealership.
Contacting customers when the title and license plate arrives at the dealership.
Filing paperwork as necessary.
Answering calls and questions from customers in regards to titles and licenses.
Cancelling license plates and titles with the appropriate state when a car is traded in or sold to our dealership.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant or title clerk or a role similar to these.
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and title software.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
