Industrial Mechanic

Our projects include industrial water recycling and cleaning up legacy cold war wastewater at government sites. Who You Are:
The Industrial Mechanic must have the ability to read blueprints and be able to follow design specifications. A working knowledge of electrical wiring and instrumentation and controls is a plus
- Understanding of valves, flanges, and gaskets
- Mechanically able to glue PVC piping together using a PVC piping drawing
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or auto mechanic experience is helpful
- Forklift and scissor lift use
- Ability to use an overhead crane
- Ability to follow blueprint drawings and bend stainless steel tubing is a plus
- The industrial mechanic must be able to work in confined spaces
- Hydrostatic testing experience
- Pneumatic tubing experience
- Occasional travel required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to be flexible and responsive to changing business needs
- Candidate must be able to pass drug test, background check, and physical
- Must be able to work with safe working practices
