Position Summary:
We are seeking a professional, service-oriented team player to join our fast-paced chiropractic practice as a Chiropractic Therapy Technician. In this full-time role, you’ll play a key part in creating a welcoming, efficient, and supportive environment for our patients.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a strong work ethic, enjoy multitasking, and thrive in a team-based environment. A positive, courteous, and professional attitude is essential, along with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors with therapies and examinations

• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness

• Direct patients to appropriate areas to maintain clinic flow

• Instruct and supervise therapy protocols

• Administer therapies such as cold laser, decompression (cervical/lumbar), electrotherapy, ultrasound, rehab exercises, and hot/cold treatments

• Communicate effectively with providers and staff to relay relevant patient information

• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and clinic policies

• Contribute to team success by supporting clinic operations

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

• 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

• Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude
