Position Responsibility Highlights include:

· Therapeutic Program Assistant assists the Facilties Program Director to enhance the physical, cognitive, and social function of our residents. 

· Promote programming initiatives within the community to encourage participation.

· Determine appropriate resident activity levels and ensure safety.

· Complete other duties as assigned.

  Minimum Qualifications:

· Ability to read write and understand the English Language

· Minimum of two (2) years experience in a geriatric facility is preferred.
