Job description

Inclusion Family Counseling Center (IFCC), a growing and dynamic community mental health care agency in Brockton, (also New Bedford and Fall Rivers areas) seeks candidates interested in joining our In-Home Therapy team. Our positions are full-time (hybrid role) for Therapeutic Mentor (TM) and Therapeutic Training and Support (TT&S) to provide community and home-based services. IFCC has a creative and supportive IHT team that offers culturally humble and clinically informed services and aims to serve the diverse needs of the Brockton area and surrounding communities. A high percentage of our staff can speak two or more languages and understand the various cultural components that influence the clients we serve. Many of us are local to our communities and advocate destigmatizing seeking mental health care. IFCC mainly specializes in outreach to the immigrant population and making mental health services more accessible.

Our In-Home Therapy program aims to provide a family-focus wraparound approach that helps stabilize a child and their family in crisis and help them recognize their strengths. The role of the TM/TT&S offers an applicant the chance to be creative and intentional in their approach to the work, work collaboratively as part of a strengths-based team, and truly impact both a child and their family.

The treatment goals developed in partnership with family/caregivers and clients allow their voices to be respected and honored.
