The Bradbury Cafe - Dishwasher/Line Cook

The Bradbury is looking for motivated, enthusiastic hospitality driven individuals to add to our culinary team.  We need a proficient Dishwasher with a basic understanding of Kitchen operations and a strong work ethic.  In time, this individual will be given the opportunity to learn cooking techniques, knife skills and following recipes to move up to Line Cook.  The Minimum You'll Do:

-  Are reliable and show up on time, Mon-Fri, 8a-2p

-  Follow required policies, procedures and guidelines

-  Demonstrate proficiency in dishwashing and basic kitchen sanitation 

-  Lift up to 40 lbs

-  Be on your feet for long periods of time

-  Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers

- Be enthusiastic (Over the Moon!) about exceptional client experiences and a positive, motivational team member.
