Test/ Validation Engineer
Infintium is a team of engineers developing next generation small and medium fuel cell systems. We are looking for active, driven, and self-motivated individuals to develop and support the systems, application control needs, and manufacturing and corporate operations for our growing list of fuel cell products in an aggressively expanding market.
We are currently seeking a Test/ Validation Engineer to help us support our Engineering department in initiatives to put great products into our customer's hands.
As Infintium works to continue advancement and development in the hydrogen fuel cell marketplace, the need to expand our growing team has never been higher. The ideal Test/ Validation Engineer will be able to work in tandem with our team of engineers to assist with our current project load related to the industrial market rollout of new hydrogen fuel cell products. This role is perfect for gaining hands-on experience in a start-up environment.

Description:
- Systems Validation Work with System Owners to Create validation plans based on industry standards requirements
- Execute validation / testing internally and externally as necessary to ensure compliance of Infintium’s growing model line-up
- Create validation reports for all completed testing
- Expand on internal test equipment and capabilities as is necessary
- Component level TestingAssist Design / Development engineering with component level and systems level integration testing
- Special Projects Testing Work with systems owners to test new prototype concepts
- Work with production and manufacturing engineering to resolve production issues that require component and system level validation (as necessary)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical Preferred)
- Strong communication, teamwork, analysis, judgment, and flexibility
- Ability to critically analyze data, new processes, and technical documents
- Passion for learning and growing one’s engineering skillset and product knowledge
- Working Experience with Solidworks 2018+ (CSWA a plus)
- Innovation and growth mindset
- Desire to work in a hands-on environment
Additional Desired Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing environments particularly assembly operations
- Self Starter – Ability to lead and drive engineering systems projects with little oversight
- Knowledge of:Thermal systems (coolant)
- Electrical systems
- Prior experience with testing is a plus
- Experience with PEM stack hydrogen fuel cells a plus
