Job Responsibilities
Plumbing Installations and Repairs: Handle rough-ins, fixture installations, appliance installations, and general repairs
Diagnostic and Maintenance Work: Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and carry out routine maintenance
Customer Education: Provide clients with information on plumbing safety and equipment maintenance
Professional Communication: Maintain respectful and professional interactions with customers, vendors, and coworkers
Quality Control: Ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time
Qualifications
Residential Plumber: Active journeyperson certification or 2nd year and above apprentice with proven experience in residential plumbing services
Excellent Customer Service: Highly experienced in delivering exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs, understanding their concerns, and providing personalized, effective solutions. Adept at building positive relationships, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Skilled in managing challenging situations with professionalism and empathy to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Knowledge of Codes: Familiar with provincial plumbing codes and standards
Clean Driving Record: Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving history
Background Check: Clean criminal record and ability to pass a drug test
Assets
Experience with drain cleaning, boilers, and tankless water systems
