Cook
Overview:
We have an immediate opening for a Cook to work Full Time. This is a hands-on position with experience working in a dietary department or restaurant preferred.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook delicious and nutritious meals
following established recipes
- Ensure food is stored, prepared, and served in compliance with food safety
guidelines, and regulations with the Federal, state and Local standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu planning and meal preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Work together as a team.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen or food
industry
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and techniques
- Familiarity with menu planning and dietary department operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced
environment
