Technical Recruiter
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for Calibration and Electrical Safety Lab Technicians and Onsite Technicians across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical positions in the industrial services industry, be proactive in sourcing and engaging candidates, and have a passion for building a skilled technical workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the technical roles, including job requirements, skills, and career progression.
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job boards, social media, industry networks, and referrals to find qualified candidates, and conduct thorough screenings.
- Interviewing & Assessment: Lead structured interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
- Industry Knowledge & Compliance: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and ensure compliance with all employment laws.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and provide regular recruiting metrics to leadership.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in industrial services, calibration, or testing industries.
- Strong understanding of technical positions, including Calibration and Electrical Safety Lab Technicians, and Onsite Technicians.
- Proven expertise in managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and sourcing abilities, with experience using ATS.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of the industrial services industry, with a focus on testing, measurement, and calibration.
