Our busy monitoring and operations center is looking for enthusiastic
Technical Support Representatives to join our team in Frederick, MD.
This position aims to provide our customers with outstanding service in responding to service requests, contacting with alarms, and performing initial triage of service tasks.
We are looking for team members who can work the following shifts:
· Monday through Friday – 12:00am to 8:00am
· Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) – 12:00am to 8:00am

What You'll Do:
· Technical Phone Support with our customers.
· Contact our customers to report incoming alarms.
· Create tasks for customer-reported service requests.
· Troubleshoot, correct, and/or improve BAS settings.
· Present a positive, can-do attitude to our customers at all times and provide the highest quality of service.
What You Bring:
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong problem-solving abilities
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Previous customer service experience is a plus
Base Pay: $20 to $25 per hour - Commensurate with experience. This range represents a general guideline; however, several factors are considered when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
