Technical Sales Support Specialist

Videri is seeking a Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The Technical sales support specialist will focus on maintaining extensive knowledge of the products' parts, functions, and processes and assisting to close sales where technical expertise may be required to fit the clients' needs. This exciting remote opportunity will operate full-time and open to candidates in the EU only.

 

Technical Sales Support Specialist Responsibilities:

 

 

·       Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.

·       Having an in-depth knowledge of the company’s hardware and software products in order to discuss equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.

·       Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.

·       Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.

·       Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.

·       Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to Target customers.

·       Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.

·       Achieving sales goals and quotas.

·       Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.

·       Supporting sales teams with technical knowledge of software and hardware in meetings with customers 

·       Answering incoming calls, emails or ticket inquiries from users

·       Gathering information about the nature of the user's issue

·       Troubleshooting common hardware, software, and network problems

·       User Account Management

·       Escalation and documentation

 

Technical Sales Support Specialist Requirements:

 

·       Proven experience with technical sales of content management systems, android applications and digital signage hardware.

·       Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.

·       The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.

·       Ability to operate with low supervision in a startup environment.

·       Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.

·       Good  team working skills.

·       Must be able to communicate both spoken and written in English

·       Nice to have: Able to converse in French, German, or Dutch.

  • Up to date passport and ability to travel internationally
