Essential Job Duties: (Additional duties may be assigned)

  • Receive, analyze, and distribute inbound communications, including: policies, claim acknowledgments, company and client correspondence, and other critical work-related documents.
  • Responsible for accurately documenting changes on the EPIC platform, an industry-leading insurance customer relationship management database.
  • Professionally interact with our valued clients and insurance carrier partners on behalf of the agency, responding to all inquiries timely.
  • Provide administrative support to all team members, including: account managers, customer service representatives (CSRs), claims department, producers, and executives. 
  • Engage in continuous learning of our industry, procedures, and operations to enable upward mobility within the agency.
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments as directed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
