S-One is seeking an Employee Engagement Coordinator who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve team member satisfaction, retention, and overall workplace culture.  This role requires a deep understanding of team member’s needs and the ability to create programs that foster a positive and engaging work environment. The Employee Engagement Coordinator will work closely with People Operations, management, and team members to identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives that promote a sense of community and belonging.

This position requires full-time work at our headquarters in Sarasota, FL. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Design and execute team member engagement programs, including events, workshops, and recognition initiatives
  • Leverage internal digital workspace to ensure team member awareness, understanding, and participation in S-One programs
  • Collaborate with People Operations team and leadership to develop programs that support team member well-being
  • Serve as a liaison between our team members and community partners
  • Work as a team member as well as independently, exercising judgment and initiative


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Strong understanding of team member engagement and best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and personal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient with Canva, Microsoft Suite, ClickUp, and internal digital workspace platform
  • Flexible with the ability to respond quickly to changing needs and priorities
