SUMMARY

814 Lanes and Games Team Members have outgoing, energetic, and positive personalities! They are responsible for providing an exciting, entertaining, and safe playing environment for all guests. Making sure they leave with a smile on their face. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

  1. Greet and respond to customers in a friendly and positive manner with a sense of urgency, pays attention to detail, and focuses on customer service, and assists with guests.
  2. Works as a team player.
  3. Help guests with prize redemption and/or game play areas.
  4. Conduct redemption inventory and ensure displays are completely full.
  5. Notify the manager or game technician of any machine errors and return game play credit to the customer.
  6. Actively look for ways to help and interact with guests and notify managers of any problems to ensure a positive experience for our guests. 
  7. Observe, instruct, and monitor customers for safety and guideline adherence.
  8. Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting with fellow co-workers.
  9. Attend all required department and company meetings and training sessions.
  10. Perform Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.
  11. Ensures the arcade area adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  1. Performs functions which require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing, and lifting up to 40lbs.
  2. Have a flexible work schedule including holidays and weekends.
  3. The environment includes bright, or flashing lights and loud sounds.
  4. Must be able to work in a fast paced, loud and busy environment.
  5. Ability to use a point of sale system and other electronic equipment as needed.
  6. Provides great customer service.
  7. Displays excellent communication skills.
  8. Show eagerness to learn new skills and be cross trained.
  9. Experience utilizing basic math skills with ability to add, subtract multiply and divide

Education/Requirements: 

  1. At least 16 years of age.
  2. Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
