Administrative Specialist 
$18-$20 per hour, Full Time, Monday-Friday, Term Position

Hiring Criteria
Before applying, please ensure that you meet all of the following conditions:
  • You are between the ages of 17 and 30 (inclusive)
  • You are a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or refugee Legally entitled to work in Manitoba (work permit is not considered eligible)
  • You have recently graduated from high school and considering pursuing post-secondary education; OR are currently pursuing post-secondary education, OR recently graduated from a post-secondary institution (in the last 3 years).

  • Were your educational studies in Business or a related field?
  • Do you have experience in business administration, or program coordination?
  • Do you have a passion for customer service?
  • Are you able to take direction well?
  • Are you self-motivated and work independently and not afraid to ask questions?
  • Are you able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines?
  • Do you have strong attention to detail and organizational skills?
  • Do you have strong computer skills (i.e. Microsoft, Salesforce, or other CRM tech)?
  • Are you familiar with online platforms and interactive presentation software (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.,)?
  • Are you a critical thinker and problem solver?
  • Are you bilingual (asset but not required)?
