About the Role:
As a Team Lead at Go Greek Yogurt, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience while supporting daily store operations. You’ll lead by example, providing outstanding customer service, maintaining product quality, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. This position is ideal for someone with strong people skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for food and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example in delivering friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
Guide and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
Provide guests with samples, product information, and recommendations to increase sales.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of fresh fruits and toppings following food safety standards.
Ensure yogurt machines, kitchen areas, restrooms, and the general store are clean and well-maintained.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and restocking as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
3–5 years of customer service or hospitality experience (leadership experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices a plus.
Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Dependable, mature, and motivated to grow within the Go Greek Yogurt brand.
