Talent Sourcer
Job Description:
The Talent Sourcer performs a variety of professional functions including researching, interviewing, screening and independently owning and driving the search strategy. Principal Accountabilities Reviews and recommends qualified candidates for open positions. Utilization of job boards, advanced resume search techniques (e.g. Boolean search). Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack, Twitter, etc.). Crafting and sending recruiting announcements, emails, etc. Ensures effective communications with Team Leadership. Develop Talent Pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Promote the company brand. Ability to get up to speed quickly on new markets and search strings. Perform other duties as assigned. Solid verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and strong follow-through. Understanding of recruiting field, technical requirements and ability to match candidates. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft applications. Advanced PC skills as well and strong media networking skills. Effective time-management abilities. One – Three (1-3) years’ experience working in a recruiting sales environment.
