Supervisor/Crew Leader

JOB SCOPE/PURPOSE:

To ensure quality leadership for job site safety, quality control, and project schedule.  Is the liaison on all field and constructability issues.  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•      Manage the successful completion of assigned projects.

•      Manage the field and project team successfully and collaboratively.

•      Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with clients.

•      Manage job site manpower production and performance.

•      Use project management and scheduling software effectively.

•      Ensure that standards of quality are adhered to by assertively championing a safety culture to project to team and subcontractors.  

QUALIFICATIONS:

•      Must have thorough knowledge of Industrial Cleaning Services.

•      Must have excellent communication skills with a strong safety focus.

•      Key competencies are leadership, initiative, communication, teamwork, managing for results, coaching, and mentoring.

•      Must have basic computer skills.

•      Must be able to pass drug tests (pre-employment, random, and annual).

•      A valid driver’s license is required for Company travel along with a good driving record.

•      Basic mechanical skills required.

•      Supervisory skills are essential.

•      Must have telephone access and be available to be reached 24/7. 

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMAND

•      Must be able to read and write.

•      Must be able to physically control industrial hydro-blasting and vacuum equipment.

•      Must be able to lift and carry (up to 60 pounds) up and down multiple flights of stairs.

•      Must be able to enter confined spaces through a manhole.

•      Must not be afraid of heights
