We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Store Manager to oversee operations at our laundry facilities.

The Store Manager responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring high-quality laundry services, high- quality customer service, and handling collections of day-to-day revenue.

Our ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent management skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Ultimately, the role of the Store Manager is to ensure smooth running of our laundromat and maintain high customer satisfaction


Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the laundromat
  • Supervise attendants and coordinate work schedules
  • Ensure high-quality cleaning and laundry services
  • Maintain machinery and ensure regular servicing and repairs
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels
  • Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and organizational protocols
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
  • Manage budget and cost control procedures
    Qualifications
    • Proven work experience as a Retail Manager or similar role
    • Strong management and organizational skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and handle customer complaints
