Store Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Store Manager with  desire to provide outstanding leadership  by creating an inspiring environment, coaching, counseling, and setting a high standard for providing a quality customer service experience.  This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a rapidly growing concept with an exceptional work environment.

Responsibilities will include:

• Creating and maintaining a positive work environment
• Ensuring consistent delivery of quality food and great service
• Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures
• Coaching and training crew members
• Maintaining proper staffing levels
• P&L Implementation - Managing controllable expenses and food, labor, and paper costs
• Working closely with Operations to ensure company required standard procedures and guidelines are being followed
• Sales growth

• Supervision and Leadership
• Recruiting, Interviewing and Selection

• P&L analysis and corrective measures
• Local Store Marketing and development of sales opportunities
  

 Education and Experience: 

• College degree and a minimum of 7 years management experience in the quick service restaurant industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
