Stock Worker

Introduction:

We are seeking a reliable full-time or part-time Stock Worker to join our team and support the daily operation of our store. The Stock Worker will be responsible for managing the flow of merchandise around the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Moving merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor

• Ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace and adhering to safety protocols

• Provide excellent customer service, including assisting customers with questions

• Using an iPad to locate and prepare merchandise for pricing with labels

• Providing support to the Store Manager in receiving shipments

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 16 years old

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to learn the inventory system, point-of-sale system, and other roles as needed
