In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that inspire our staff to achieve their full potential. As a Registered Nurse, you’ll bring your clinical expertise to the table, ensuring that our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to provide exceptional care. From new hire orientation to ongoing in-service education, you’ll ensure that our team has the support they need to thrive in a long-term care environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, organize, and implement staff development programs, including orientation and in-service training
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Inspire clinical staff to elevate their skills and competencies in long-term care
  • Support employees' professional growth through mentorship and development initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to training and certification

What You’ll Bring:

  • A passion for people development and a proven ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in the state of Michigan
  • Excellent communication skills and a creative approach to education and training
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive
