As a Stadium Post-Event Picker, you will be an essential part of our cleanup crew, working efficiently to clear the stadium of all litter and debris following events. This position plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of Lumen Field, contributing to an enjoyable and safe experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly and effectively pick up and dispose of litter and debris from seating areas, concourses, and other public areas within the stadium.
- Separate recyclables from trash as part of our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
- Work as part of a team to cover assigned sections of the stadium, ensuring thorough cleanup after events.
- Use provided tools and equipment (e.g., picker tools, bags) efficiently and responsibly.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
- Report any issues or hazards identified during cleanup to your supervisor promptly.
Requirements:
- Ability to work late hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to align with the event schedule at Lumen Field.
- Physical ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and to lift and carry supplies and debris.
- Strong work ethic and reliability, with a commitment to thoroughness and attention to detail.
- No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
