Sr. HR Generalist

Our client is seeking a skilled Senior HR Generalist to join a dynamic team.  This candidate would ideally be willing to work at their own pace while keeping up with all functions of the HR department both strategically and operationally. This candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

-Perform HR Related duties on a professional level

-Administers benefits and 401K

-Support reconciling benefits 

-Working with Union representatives 

-Some work with SCA employees

-Responsible for employee relations, performance management, onboarding, off-boarding

-Recruitment (posting job requisitions for managers)

-Compliance Reporting- EEO-1, Affirmative Action Plan, Vets reporting, etc. (may work with outsourced support for the filing)

-Maintains HRIS (ADP)

-Participates in administrative staff meetings

-Develops and maintains HR records and personnel files

-Process I9s and file according to regulations

-Handles all employee relations

-Attend meetings both virtually and in person 

Required Skills:
Bachelors in Human Resources, Business or related field. 

5 Years of HR Experience

Preferred Knowledge:

Deltek Costpoint 

ADP
