Position Overview:

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Senior Accounting Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the company’s accounting operations. This position is focused on contributing to critical accounting functions, including cash management, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and month-end close processes. A primary responsibility of this role will be to help implement and enhance the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central within the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily cash activities and ensure timely and accurate reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review AR transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and collections.
  • Process vendor invoices and payments, maintaining strong vendor relationships and accurate records.
  • Contribute to month-end close activities by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and compiling reports.
  • Participate in the setup, testing, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Maintain organized and audit-ready documentation for financial activities and compliance purposes.
  • Provide input for financial reporting and analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Work closely with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve system integration.
  • Support process improvements that enhance accuracy and operational efficient


  • Qualifications:
    • Education:
      • High school diploma required; continuing education in accounting or finance is strongly preferred.
    • Experience:
      • Minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience, including cash management, AR, AP, and general ledger tasks.
      • Proficiency with ERP systems required; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central strongly preferred.
    • Skills:
      • Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes.
      • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
      • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
      • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Office Suite tools.
