This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world HR experience while supporting a workforce of 500+ employees across 13 locations nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation schedules
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support the recruitment process by posting job listings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and company events
- Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and inbox management
- Support compliance activities by helping maintain required documentation and tracking deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- A team-first mindset and eagerness to learn — you thrive in a collaborative, family-oriented environment
Nice to Have
- Prior internship or coursework related to HR or business operations
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, BambooHR)
- Interest in technical services, calibration, or safety-driven industries
