Speech Language Pathologist

Fleming Therapy Services, part of the Theraplay Family of Companies, was founded by a Speech-Language Pathologist and is a pediatric outpatient center with seven convenient locations throughout Northern Virginia. We are Therapies Moving in Sync, a multi-disciplinary model where our therapists collaborate and move together towards the best interest of our patients and their families. As a therapist-operated company, we are focused on providing quality and dynamic therapy services in a nurturing, caring and collaborative environment. Our physical, occupational, and speech therapists work together to treat a wide variety of children from birth through age 21 years in centers that have a focus on integrating play.

We are currently seeking  full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to join us at our pediatric outpatient centers in the following locations:

• Chantilly, Virginia
• Lorton, Virginia
• Stafford, Virginia
• Woodbridge, Virginia

• As an SLP, you are able to provide one-on-one therapy to children and incorporate their families into sessions. We consider our patients family members. Throughout our centers, you will see representations of our mascot, the meerkat, which reminds us of all of our common goals: to protect our family members which include our employees and our patients. 
  
• Therapies in Sync- You will be part of a collaborative team, working together with other speech therapists and collaborating daily with physical and occupational therapists, all moving together in the same direction to help our patients and families.
  
• You get to experience the variety and are never bored! You will work with patients who have a wide range of diagnosis, from early language, expressive and receptive disorders, articulation, apraxia, fluency, AAC, and feeding. 
  
• Leadership opportunities- we know that you have a lot to offer, and are seeking therapists who are interested in clinical development activities, offering mentorship to newer therapists, becoming a clinical instructor to students from one of our many affiliate schools, assisting our physician liaison with physician education series, and providing lunch and learns.
