About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing in-house therapy team. In this role, you will assess, treat, and help improve communication and swallowing functions for patients with a wide range of diagnoses.

You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and enjoy the opportunity to provide impactful, personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions
• Educate patients and families on treatment strategies
• Collaborate with physical, occupational, and nursing staff
• Document evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes
• Meet reasonable productivity standards

Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Washington
• Master's degree from an accredited SLP program
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or acute care preferred
• Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology related to speech and swallowing
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
