Sous Chef – New Concept Launch (Established Restaurant Group)



We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and reliable Sous Chef to join a proven and rapidly growing restaurant group as we launch an exciting new concept.


The ideal candidate is:


  • Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Detail-oriented with strong leadership and management skills.
  • A team player who can both lead and follow directions with precision.




Responsibilities:



  • Work directly with the Executive Chef to manage daily kitchen operations.
  • Maintain high standards in cooking techniques, kitchen organization, and food safety.
  • Uphold 100% compliance with health and sanitation codes.
  • Train, supervise, and hold team members accountable to ensure consistent quality.
  • Contribute to a positive, efficient, and growth-driven kitchen culture.




Qualifications:



  • Strong cooking skills and technical knowledge.
  • Proven ability to lead by example while remaining hands-on and collaborative.
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence.
  • Previous sous chef experience in a high-volume or upscale kitchen preferred.
