We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and reliable Sous Chef to join a proven and rapidly growing restaurant group as we launch an exciting new concept.
The ideal candidate is:

- Detail-oriented with strong leadership and management skills.
- A team player who can both lead and follow directions with precision.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Executive Chef to manage daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain high standards in cooking techniques, kitchen organization, and food safety.
- Uphold 100% compliance with health and sanitation codes.
- Train, supervise, and hold team members accountable to ensure consistent quality.
- Contribute to a positive, efficient, and growth-driven kitchen culture.
Qualifications:
- Strong cooking skills and technical knowledge.
- Proven ability to lead by example while remaining hands-on and collaborative.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence.
- Previous sous chef experience in a high-volume or upscale kitchen preferred.
